News from my hometown

I was born in the South. The Deeeep South. So far south that the town I was born in, Albany, Georgia, held its first integrated prom last year. This year they decided to go back toseparate proms for blacks and whites.

I'm proud to be from the South but this is something I'm not so proud of.
