Stickin' it to da man..

Stan Pike, a homeowner in Avondale Estates, Georgia, got fed up when dealing with the town's Historical Preservation Commitee after they rejected his request to add a new front stoop. To get back at them he hired a couple of guys to paint his house lime green with purple polka dots. He plans on adding toilet/planters filled with flowers to the front yard. The city is desperatley trying to find a code to force him to repaint his house but has had no luck.

This is an example of why I hate HOAs/POAs. You get a couple of power-mad people who get off on telling folks what they can and can't do with their house. I really like this guy's style.
